In short

Chivvy and Dext and Hubdoc

Dext and Hubdoc process the receipts and bills your clients send in. Chivvy works on the other side: what they haven't sent. It finds the gaps in Xero, chases them, checks what comes back and attaches it. Plenty of practices will use both.

Chivvy and Ask in Xero HQ

Ask lets you send queries to clients from Xero HQ, but you write each one and the client needs a login. Chivvy works out what to ask from the books, the client needs no account, and the file ends up attached in Xero.

Chivvy and Content Snare

Content Snare collects documents through request templates you build, with automatic reminders. It doesn't read Xero, so the list of what's missing is still yours to make, and files don't go into Xero for you.

Chivvy and Uncat

Uncat starts from uncategorised bank lines and asks clients to explain them. Chivvy starts from transactions that are already in Xero but have no receipt, bills with no invoice and statements due, and checks each upload against Xero before it's attached.

Stop chasing receipts by hand

Founding practices lock in a pre-launch price of £40 a month. The offer closes soon, and it takes one call to set up.
