What you're paying for
The price follows how much Chivvy collects for you: each receipt, bill or bank statement that came in and was attached in Xero, or that you accepted. If a client ignores every email, you aren't paying for it. It's measured over the last three months, so one busy month doesn't count.
Nothing is ever blocked. A busy month doesn't stop chasing or cost extra. A plan only moves up after two busy months in a row, and you're told a week before.
